No – we use the modern technology of today and add a secret ingredient to get that beautiful inground Smokey flavor.  We guarantee you will not be disappointed.


Yes – we can cater for vegetarians.  I have had nothing but positive feedback from my veggie customers.  (Preorder day prior)  Please ensure you let us know when ordering of any ingredients that you don’t eat (butter can be substituted for olive oil if needed) We do have to add a little fat to get a juicy hangi.  We use the usual veg’s – potato, pumpkin, kumara, carrot, watercress along with a mixture of seasonal vegetables and of course nana’s stuffing.  

We cook daily.  Our shop is located at 329 Condamine st, Manly Vale on the Northern Beaches – Sydney.
